At Verra Mobility, we’re committed to creating safer roads and communities. But safety extends beyond technology – it’s about the people and the diversity of our communities who make it all work. That’s why we’re proud to partner with All Staffed Up, a leading minority-owned business (MBE) in Baltimore, to ensure the accurate and efficient operation of our traffic enforcement solutions and as a commitment to invest in the local communities we serve.
A legacy of excellence
All Staffed Up’s story began in 1996 with lifelong friends David McDonald and Clarence Haskett. United by a passion for Baltimore and a keen eye for opportunity, they started All Pro Vending, quickly establishing themselves as leaders in stadium concessions. Their dedication to quality service secured them the coveted vending contract for the Baltimore Ravens Stadium just two years later.
McDonald and Haskett didn’t stop there. They actively participated in the Baltimore community, with McDonald serving on local committees and Haskett training personnel for safe work zones. Recognizing the value of their staffing expertise, they launched All Staffed Up in 2013, offering a wider range of staffing solutions.
All Staffed Up’s achievements are a testament to their dedication. In 2023, The Baltimore Business Journal recognized them as a leader in the city, ranking them #2 in Fastest Growing Minority-Owned Businesses and #16 in Fastest Growing Private Companies.
Partnering for a safer community
Verra Mobility’s commitment to safety aligned perfectly with All Staffed Up’s mission. We knew their focus on local talent would be invaluable in executing the mid-Atlantic automated safety program. Their dedication played a key role in identifying and hiring local residents to ensure accurate citations and safer streets for everyone.
Now in our eighth year as collaborators, we continue to employ local residents and have established a pipeline of several dozen staff members throughout the partnership.
Verra Mobility’s partnership with All Staffed Up is a testament to the power of collaboration. By working with MBEs, we not only ensure a diverse and qualified workforce, but also contribute to the economic and social well-being of the communities we serve. We look forward to continuing this successful partnership and working together to make roads safer for everyone.
